Canada Hols - UBC Botanical Gardens

Friday was a really late starting day. We didn't get up until 10am...I think the jetlag was really hitting us, but Thursday we had done a lot of walking. We took the train and bus to British Columbia University Botanical Gardens, and spent until 5pm walking around the Asian and native gardens, (and even an Australian section), enjoying the flowers, trees, groves and water features. The University was huge. They had to have shuttle buses to get around. We went back to the pub for dinner, but Darryl was terribly unimpressed as the waitress stuffed up his drink, and then forgot his meal order completely. I tipped her, but he didn't.
