Same start to the day as previously, but, unfortunately it was quite overcast with showers of rain, so no morning swim. The weekend saw a surfing competition on at Alexandra Headland and Dell, Alan and Darryl walked along the beach in the morning to watch some of the competitions.
Eventually, the rain cleared to blue skies, and we went for our swim just after 3pm.
Dinner was Atlantic Salmon with all the vegetables in the fridge being used up.

We had a short hand of 'Frustration' before watching a movie.
