Cape York Trip - Day 30

Darryl went fishing around at the next bay. He didn’t catch anything, but saw a shark, a leopard ray and lots of mullet. It was exciting for me to see a big Shingleback on the road.

Back on the road! Check the corrugations

This gave us a laugh! It should have been at the beginning of the road

We returned to Fruitbat Falls for a soak, (to wash the dust off), and morning tea, and lunch. This place had 4 types of carnivorous plants at least, and again I saw Ulyssees Butterflies.

We got to Weipa for the night. It has BIIIG trucks. I was surprised by Weipa and think it’s not a bad place.
